1. Program Description & Message Types By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from eMenu International, Inc. (“eMenu International,” “we,” “us”). These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, service and account updates, and marketing and promotional messages about our iPad menu systems and related services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. How to Opt Out (“Text STOP”) You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START.

3. Help & Support For help at any time, text HELP to any message from us, email info@emenu-international.com, or call 1.212.944.5800.

4. Message Frequency Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.

5. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply to each message. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

6. Carrier Liability Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility (Age Restriction) You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to opt in to and use the SMS program.

8. Consent Your mobile carrier is not the sender of these messages and is not responsible for their content. You represent that any phone number you provide is your own or that you are authorized to provide it and to consent to receive messages at that number.

9. Privacy & No Sharing of Opt-In Data No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
