7. Eligibility (Age Restriction) You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to opt in to and use the SMS program.
8. Consent Your mobile carrier is not the sender of these messages and is not responsible for their content. You represent that any phone number you provide is your own or that you are authorized to provide it and to consent to receive messages at that number.

Privacy & No Sharing of Opt-In Data No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
